Amendment to bank payroll

Due to a clash with Weekly bank and Monthly substantive payroll, the bank payroll cutoff has been amended, to ensure a smooth payroll period it is vital that managers complete finalisation of bank rosters no later than 8.30am on the below dates:

Important Notes:

• Late submissions can significantly impact colleagues’ pay, especially given that staff have already committed to work.
• Our payroll provider cannot process advances for weekly pay.
• New starters, new bank assignments, roster fails, late submissions, and retro pay arrears will not be processed during these pay periods. These will be for payment on the following week.
