The Life Rooms celebrated its 8th birthday on 9 May, sharing some of their service highlights from the last 12 months.

In 2023 we commissioned Developing Success to deliver two foundation coaching programmes. The participants have worked really hard over the last few months to gain their accreditation and on Monday 29 April we celebrated their achievements. All our new coaches have now joined the Mersey Care Coaching Network which is a thriving community of 64 coaches.

Practice Education Facilitator, Karen Deane and Simulation Lead at the University of Liverpool, Jacqueline Yip, proudly showcased the Community Nursing Simulation Collaboration at the Royal College of Nursing Education Forum National Conference and Exhibition in York this week.

Mersey Care is adopting a new occupational health computer system from 25 April.

The hard work and achievements of an inspiring individual who worked within NHS Informatics Merseyside’s Cyber Security Service were formally recognised at a national public health and social care cyber security awards ceremony which took place virtually on Friday 22 March 2024.
