Human Rights Watch praise our services
5 December 2024
We had a two day visit from the international Human Rights Watch organisation who visited services including Clock View, Life Rooms and on the Maghull Health Park. They met service users and heard from senior staff including Chief Medical Officer Dr Thomas, nursing leads Jenny Hurst, Sandra O’Hear and Zoe Prince, and also our AHP leaders.

Cyber security update: Please be extra vigilant

NHS Informatics Merseyside has been made aware of a malicious email that has been sent to colleagues in several NHS Trusts. The email, which may look similar to the example below, claims that your NHS Smartcard is due to expire and that you need to click the link to renew. This is not a legitimate email so do not click the link. Please delete the message immediately. You should not reply or forward the message on.

Today, on International Day for People with a Disability, we’re pleased to share that a proposal to support the timely implementation of reasonable adjustments has been recently been approved by the Trust, including supporting navigation of the process for access to work. Although this may take some time to put in place, this is a positive step to improving the support we offer colleagues
