The Carer Engagement Team recently hosted a Festive Carers Café at The Brain Charity in Liverpool on Tuesday, 16 December, welcoming 15 carers for a well-deserved afternoon dedicated to themselves. The event offered carers the chance to relax over a brew, enjoy festive quizzes and bingo, and get creative with crystal art in a friendly, supportive setting.
The festive carers café was met with very positive feedback, with carers appreciating the opportunity to take time for themselves and connect with others.
One carer shared: “What I enjoyed the most was being with lovely, caring people and the crafts. It was just perfect.”
