Upcoming vaccination clinics (23 December 2024 to 3 January 2025)

Flu cases in hospitals has jumped 41% in a week. The latest NHS figures show an average of 2,629 flu patients were in beds in England each day last week. While these infections can be a nasty inconvenience to most of us, they can be life threatening to others.

Well done to Terence Mackin, St Helens LLAMS Community, who has won Employee of the Month for September and Helen Eden, Medicines - Community Mental Health Services who has won for Employee of the Month for October. Congratulations to the Zero Suicide Alliance Team who have won Team of the Month for September and Rowan View Catering who have won for October.

Multi Ethnic Colleague Network (MECN) update

A huge thank you Salome Mare-Walsh, after five years as the MECN Chair, Salome has stepped down. Salome has been inspirational, passionate and has made such a huge difference to the MECN and the Trust. We now have now elected a new Chair and Vice Chair.
