Quality Review Visit (QRV) staff feedback questionnaire

The QRV team has piloted an anonymous staff feedback questionnaire and feedback has been positive. From 12 September, all staff, where a QRV is scheduled, will receive a link to complete the questionnaire from your team leader prior to the visit.
