Quality Review Visit (QRV) changes

Following the Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection, we introduced changes to our QRV process to make sure QRVs continue to fully assist us to improve the quality of care we provide to our patients, service users and their carers. These changes also aim to help us prepare better for future inspections.

Telehealth host minister Helen Whately

Last week the Telehealth Hub welcomed Helen Whately MP to demonstrate how successfully Mersey Care have rolled out Virtual Wards. During the visit Helen spoke with a patient who uses the service via video call and spent some time with our Chair Rosie Cooper.

M-RIC marks World Mental Health Day

To mark World Mental Health Day on 10 October, the Mental Health Research for Innovation Centre (M-RIC) held its first monthly service user workshop at Quaker House in Liverpool to discuss our research plans and how we are involving service users, carers and the wider community.
