Agenda for Change (AFC) job matching awareness training

Job Matching is an analytical way of evaluating as many jobs as possible to nationally evaluated profiles in the most efficient manner possible, avoiding the need for many evaluations. Annual leave carry over

Colleagues have a responsibility to ensure that annual leave is taken across the year, and in exceptional circumstances, where colleagues have been prevented from taking their annual leave before the end of the leave year, because of operational demands, they may, with the prior approval of their divisional manager carry over to the next leave year, up to one working week.
