The following personal changes should all be updated directly in ESR via Employee Self Service:

  • Address
  • Contact details
  • Emergency contact details
  • Equality and diversity information
  • Marital status (requires manager approval via Supervisor self-service)
  • Bank account details
  • Health and wellbeing information (e.g. working carer or armed forces veteran)/

Any name changes should continue to be processed via the SharePoint form and not ESR
