Decision Making Staff - are required to complete a declaration of interest each financial year and must make a ‘nil declaration’, if they do not have any interests to declare.
These staff will have received notifications directly from ESR and Declarations
All staff- are required to make a declaration of interest if they have one and update this each financial year via ESR. This could include outside employment, relationships within the Trust or relationships with outside suppliers.
All staff must declare any gifts or hospitality received accordingly. Please note that gifts of cash or vouchers must always be politely declined, unless cash is being donated to the Trust’s Charity ‘Mersey Cares’.
Always remember, if in doubt - declare!
