Time is running out, the survey closes tomorrow (Friday, 29 November) at midnight – so don’t miss out!

Generator shut down testing will be taking place at Leigh Moss on Thursday, 28 November 1pm to 3pm on telephony and live systems and network access. During this time, staff will be working with the agreed business continuity plans. This includes the main reception telephone number being diverted to a mobile number as follows: 07919 090 476 for the adult team.

All Mersey Care staff are invited to keep up to date with their vaccinations by attending one of our clinics.

As you may be aware, there is an active cyber incident at a local Wirral University Hospital. Mersey Care systems are not affected by this incident; however, to be extra vigilant NHS Informatics Merseyside are putting additional controls in place and service continues as normal.

The data captured between 14 to 20 November, highlights how some of our Trust services are helping to alleviate the ongoing system pressures. The performance data for this period covers our urgent treatment and walk-in centres, Core 24 teams, domiciliary phlebotomy and mental health teams.
