Amendments to patient records

Where an individual considers information contained in their records to be inaccurate, incorrect, misleading or incomplete they may apply for a correction to be made. In all situations where an individual disagrees with the content of their record(s), a note (addendum) must be added to their record(s).

NED Iain’s visit to BABS

Non-Executive Director, Prof Iain Buchan visited the Building Attachment and Bonds Service (BABS) at Knowsley last week. “The dedication of the staff and lasting impacts of their work humbled and inspired me.
