CMHT and CAMHS CQC Community Mental Health Survey goes live 18 August 2023

The annual survey will run for 15 weeks until 1 December 2023. 1,250 patients aged 16+ have been randomly selected and their details shared with a third party company who will carry out the anonymous survey on our behalf
