Laura’s African adventure

Occupational Therapist Laura Tyndall swapped the North West for West Africa recently when she spent two weeks volunteering in Ghana, first at a community hospital in a fishing village, followed by a week at the main mental health hospital in the capital, Accra.

Introducing our new Specialist Community Forensic Team

During National Learning Disabilities Week, our new Specialist Community Forensic Team want to set out their stall. Based at our Hollins Park site, the team support adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism across Cheshire and Merseyside. The service will run seven days a week from 8 am to 8 pm, with out-of-hours call facilitation.
