Transition to Learning from Patient Safety Events (LFPSE)

It’s been agreed that we will pause the turn-on/transfer of this nationally mandated NHS England change to LFPSE to make sure the Radar optimisation work on email notifications will align to this work, and we now expect the transition to start from the 9 October 2023.
