Transition to Learning from Patient Safety Events (LFPSE)

We recently shared our plan to transition from the National Reporting and Learning System to LFPSE reporting.

It’s been agreed that we will pause the turn-on/transfer of the nationally mandated NHS England change to LFPSE to make sure the Radar optimisation work on email notifications will align to this work.
