    Liverpool Clinical Laboratories messages

    We have noticed that we are receiving high numbers of laboratory requests that don't prefix the patient's unit/hospital number with Rio. This means results are not always reported back on Rio and the requestor has to phone for the results.  Would it be possible to remind Mersey Care staff to always prefix the patients unit/hospital number with Rio please.

    Amendment to bank payroll deadlines

    14 August 2024

    Due to the August bank holiday (26 August 2024), deadlines for weekly payroll have been amended as follows: for hours worked 19 to 25 August, please finalise no later than 8.30am on Tuesday, 27 August. This is to ensure payment on Friday, 30 August.

    The Life Rooms shortlisted for HSJ Award

    The Life Rooms are a finalist for a prestigious Health Service Journal (HSJ) Award in the Digitising Patient Care category for their interoperability work in driving efficiency in referrals between clinical services in Mersey Care to social prescribing at The Life Rooms, supporting with providing whole person care to service users.
