Congratulations to our August 2025 Employee of the Month: Carol Costello!
24 October 2025
Carol was nominated for her outstanding support and quick thinking. When Carol noticed a service user leaving Clock View who seemed unwell, she immediately took action guiding the individual to a safe space, offering comfort, and alerting medical staff. Thanks to Carol’s intuition and care, the service user received emergency treatment, which led to a positive outcome. This is a shining example of the vital and often unseen work our administrative team performs every day. Well done, Carol!
