Congratulations to our Children and Young People’s Mental Health Services (Community Care, Knowsley) our Team of the Month, January 2026. This team was recognised for persistent, compassionate advocacy and strong partnership working to keep a looked-after child safe at a time of significant risk.

The NHS Impact Operational Improvement training programme is open to all bands 6-8a (or equivalent) clinical and operational staff, supporting them to develop their skills in operational management with practical tools they can apply in their day-to-day work and future careers.
