Learning and Development have a new reporting column currently on the Business Intelligence Training reports, this will provide a separate Key Performance Indicator of 90% for managers to monitor performance, but it will not affect any other overall performance in other training areas such as divisional training.

Mersey Care’s Research and Effectiveness Lead Oladayo Bifarin will be leading a one hour online information session on 5 December at 10am  so you can learn more,  ask questions and find out how you could get involved as a Count Me In staff champion.

Over the past year, Mersey Cares has supported the Occupational Health and Wellbeing service's ‘Pause for Thought’ menopause campaign. This campaign earned national recognition, being shortlisted in three categories at the Menopause Friendly Employer Awards 2024: ‘Most Open Culture,’ ‘Best Engagement Approach,’ and ‘Best Trained Workforce,’ which the Wellbeing Team and Mersey Cares attended last month.

Through your PACE conversations you will be able to reflect on how you enact our CARES values and you can thank each other for living our values through our Thank You system. Through our recognition system we thank each other for living our values and create a more positive and inclusive culture.
