Following on from the success and feedback of the Restorative Just and Learning Culture (RJLC) Q&A sessions last year, we have decided to run additional sessions.
“In conversation” events with Amanda Oates, Executive Director of Workforce and Ian Raven, Staff Side Chair have been arranged to provide all staff with a regular forum to ask any questions they may have in relation to RJLC.

Each sessions will cover similar ground and take the same format.
We welcome open, honest and robust questions directly or you can submit your question anonymously in advance which can be submitted on Slido on the day of the session.
We ask that within your questioning that you maintain confidentiality of staff and uphold the principles of civility and respect.
The sessions will not be recorded, but a frequently asked questions and answers will be provided post events.
