Following on from Restorative Just and Learning Culture week earlier this year, staff highlighted that they would value sessions to help them to further understand what restorative just and learning culture means in practice, the principles and practices involved, and how we all can contribute to creating a positive workplace culture as RJLC ambassadors.

 “In conversation” events with Amanda Oates, Executive Director of Workforce and Ian Raven, Staff Side Chair have been arranged to provide all staff with a regular forum to ask any questions theymay have in relation to RJLC.  

The Q&A style events will take place on Microsoft Teams on the following dates and times:

Each sessions will cover similar ground and take the same format.

We welcome open, honest and robust questions directly or you can submit your question anonymously in advance which can be submitted on Slido.  

We ask that within your questioning that you maintain confidentiality of staff and uphold the principles of civility and respect.

The sessions will not be recorded, but a frequently asked questions and answers will be provided post events.
