Supervisors should regularly review their hierarchy in ESR. This is important to allow supervisors the ability to access and manage your team's information and training compliance. It is also used to feed the hierarchy within our new EMPACTIS Occupational Health and Absence Manager systems. Having incorrect information across all these systems can prevent both staff and managers not being able to undertake essential processes that support staff health and wellbeing.
