The Culture of Care Barometer takes places quarterly to provide a regular pulse check on staff experience at Trust, Divisional and Team level (where 7+ responses are received). 3,021 took part in January’s survey (around 24 percent of staff). The results show improvements in all three aspects of staff engagement compared to last quarter and we were above the national average too (see below). Results are available at team level on the BIT, where you can find out your team’s scores.
