Flu only appointments are now available to all Mersey Care staff. You can now book your ‘Flu only’ appointment and clinics are also available on Saturdays: 6, 13, 20 November from 9am to 1pm. Unfortunately, we are still not able to offer the COVID-19 booster to staff who do not have a clinical role or are under 50.

Co-administered COVID-19 booster and flu vaccination appointments

All clinical staff, including those with social contact with patients, and non-clinical staff over 50 are eligible for both vaccines. The majority of eligible staff are 26 weeks after second COVID-19 dose so use this link for booking your appointment. Clinics are also available for co-administered vaccinations on Saturdays: 6, 13, 20 November from 9am to 1pm. If you have the NHS App, you can check when you had your COVID-19 vaccinations, as well as getting your COVID-19 pass, accessing your health record, ordering repeat prescriptions etc.

Staff only

Please don’t share links outside of Mersey Care as we are only allowed to vaccinate eligible staff who will need to present their ID badge on arrival at the centre. Please arrive at the vaccination centre at the time of your appointment, we’re extremely busy at the moment and this will help to keep us to schedule.

Vaccination centre

The vaccination centre is at Maghull Health Park, Parkbourn, Maghull, L31 1HW. (Site entrance is via Villas Road, is on a one way system, and for those familiar with the what3words navigation system, use: unloading.spoiled.retained). If you have difficulties getting to and from the vaccination centre, please discuss this with your manager or follow the link to Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership. Health care workers are able to book their COVID-19 booster vaccination at various sites across Cheshire and Merseyside. Those staff who take up this offer will have to make separate arrangements for flu vaccines.
