Implementation of Phase 5 of the Ward Guardian Programme

Ward Guardian the new information and monitoring tool, will now be rolled out to Phase 5. This phase will consist of three stages with the first stage going live on Monday, 1 July 2024. Teams within this first rollout stage are included in the attached document.
