Mersey Care has a strategic intention to transform care using data and insights, recognising data as a vital tool for decision making, performance and quality improvement. Central to this is ensuring that staff in a wide variety of operational, clinical and supporting roles are able to both access data efficiently, and to use that data effectively.

All SIM cards must be novated to the new contract, this means that there will be a brief outage of up to five minutes on each SIM on Thursday, 20 February 2025 from 9am to 5pm.
