Today is Random Act of Kindness Day—a perfect reminder that kindness, no matter how small, can make a big difference.

We are currently in the process of developing a new leadership development programme for all colleagues who are aspiring to be future first line managers and leaders within Mersey Care called ASPIRE.

The data captured between 6 to 12 February highlights how some of our Trust services are helping to alleviate ongoing system pressures. Performance data for this period covers Core 24 teams, urgent community response teams, mental health teams and urgent treatment and walk-in centres.

Ward Guardian, the new information and monitoring tool, will be rolled out to the second stage of Phase 5. This will consist of 19 teams starting from 10 March (attached teams). Ward Guardian is a tool to support managers in effective use of our rosters. The tool brings together relevant information regarding planned rosters, which rostering mangers can use to make amendments to their roster before the roster cycle begins. We need rostering mangers to adhere to the four/five parameters below.
