Changes to the Friends and Family (FFT) system
4 November 2024
The way we use envoy to collect FFT responses will change over the coming months, we currently use two envoy FFT systems and as we move forward these systems will become one. To avoid duplication of account usage on the old FFT system, access will be restricted on Friday, 15 November.
