Strive Quality Improvement resources 

The Centre for Perfect Care’s Quality Improvement team are looking forward to having you join us for the Strive quality improvement workshop.

Before the session, you need to:

1. Look over the Strive QI Workshop Information pack : You will need to have familiarised yourself with the content of this to complete the scenario-based learning activities.  Please print this out so you have it at hand for reference during the session. The process maps referenced on page 6 of the pack are here:
   • Process map without notes from the team
   • Process map with reflections from the team
2. Watch the following two brief videos to help you to use the Mural Boards that will be part of the breakout room activities:
   • Navigating Mural video
   • Strive QI Workshop Mural Video
3. Check you can access the Mural Boards for each of the Rooms (you will be allocated to one of these when you join the session):
   • Room 1
   • Room 2
   • Room 3
   • Room 4
