Choose from the Women’s 10k, Wirral 10k, Run Alton Towers – a 10K (or junior race) around the famous theme park with access to all of the rides, and Run Aintree – various distances around the iconic race circuit! The BTR Liverpool Santa Dash is also back for 2025 – with registrations now open! Assemble your teams and support us to do more beyond NHS funding for our services

    The Autism Spectrum Condition Health Facilitation Team hosted the Beyond Spectrum, Women’s Health Event at Willis House. The event focused on supporting the physical health and emotional wellbeing of autistic women - who are statistically more likely to experience a range of health challenges compared to both non-autistic women and autistic men.
