Earlier this week, Mersey Care received an award for undertaking the NHS Confederation / NHS Employers Diversity and Inclusion Partners programme for 2023 to 2024. This programme runs annually and is a comprehensive development programme helping organisations advance equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace.

Microsoft has launched a new version of Microsoft Teams. If you haven’t already, please switch now to the new version of Microsoft Teams using the toggle field in the upper left corner of your Teams app.

Where an individual considers information contained in their records to be inaccurate, incorrect, misleading or incomplete they may apply for a correction to be made. In all situations where an individual disagrees with the content of their record(s), a note (addendum) must be added to their record(s).

We are currently in the process of consolidating all our off site storage providers and transferring all our records to Iron Mountain.  Please see an update below of the progress so far in relation to location of boxes
