Reminder: the right pay, in a timely way

    3 November 2025

To help to make sure that our monthly payroll processing is accurate, the Trust continues to monitor all instances of overpayments. All managers and supervisors are kindly reminded of the importance of submitting forms promptly for all staff changes, leavers, adjustments to contracted hours, and changes in grade, as these changes all have an impact on our pay. All colleagues should also log into ESR and regularly review your monthly payslip, particularly following any contractual changes, swift and timely checks will also help identify and address discrepancies at an early stage. If you have any issues with your pay, please speak to your line manager in the first instance. Thank you for your support.
