Employee and Team of the Month - September and October 2024

Well done to Terence Mackin, St Helens LLAMS Community, who has won Employee of the Month for September and Helen Eden, Medicines - Community Mental Health Services who has won for Employee of the Month for October. Congratulations to the Zero Suicide Alliance Team who have won Team of the Month for September and Rowan View Catering who have won for October.

Multi Ethnic Colleague Network (MECN) update

A huge thank you Salome Mare-Walsh, after five years as the MECN Chair, Salome has stepped down. Salome has been inspirational, passionate and has made such a huge difference to the MECN and the Trust. We now have now elected a new Chair and Vice Chair.

Hollins Park dispensary: ordering process update
17 December 2024
From Monday, 13 January 2025, Hollins Park dispensary will be changing its ordering process to align with the process at Maghull Medicines Management department. Prescription requests must be emailed to pharmacyhp@merseycare.nhs.uk - the G-drive will no longer be used. For EPMA prescriptions - the dispensary will print prescriptions after an email from the ward pharmacist. For controlled drugs, prescribers must print as per the new control drug process.
