Family and Friends Test changes – Manual input ends 1 October 2025
16 June 2025
After reviewing the cost-effectiveness of manual data input for the FFT system, Envoy has decided to stop offering this service from 1 October 2025. This means teams can no longer send paper forms to the CIL for entry. If you still collect paper responses, you can input the data yourself using your team’s FFT link.

Joanne Welsh fundraising for Alzheimer's Research

Congratulations to Jo Welsh, Chief Nursing Informatics Officer (CNIO) who has raised an incredible amount of money for Alzheimer's Research UK, by cycling 70 miles from Blackpool tower to the Liverpool Liver Buildings in a single day on Saturday, 14 June. The total raised this year so far currently stands at £13,429

Liverpool City Council want to hear your views

Liverpool City Council has worked with carers, staff, and partners to co-produce a draft All-Age Carers’ Strategy, shaped by wide-ranging input and nine shared Ambitions. You’re invited to share your views through the consultation, open until 31 August 2025. Feedback will help shape the final strategy and Action Plan to improve support for unpaid carers.
