Finding the right support during the festive season
The lead up to Christmas can cause additional pressures for our service users around finances, social isolation, domestic circumstances and more. The Life Rooms are here to support, signposting to their network of community organisations and in-house services to help people address their practical and social issues. They also deliver free learning sessions to build confidence, skills as well as health and wellbeing knowledge.
Make a referral to the Pathways Advice Team, The Life Room's experts in social prescribing:
- No waiting times for service users
- Services delivered in seven locations across Liverpool and Sefton, chosen to work closely with CMHTs
- Referrals get priority access to bookings on The Life Room's Learning sessions
- They can take care of the practical and social needs, leaving you more time for clinical interventions.
