Are you looking to develop your leadership skills? Do you want to understand more about leading within a complex organisation in an inclusive and supportive environment?

Leading an Empowered Organisation (LEO) might be the programme for you!

LEO is a powerful three day programme (part of the Elevate pathway) designed to develop your knowledge and skills to become a confident, inspirational leader. 

You don’t have to be a people manager to attend and it is open to all roles at any band.  LEO is based on principles of respect, dignity, and empowerment, with simple to use practical tools and techniques.

Course objectives

• Define behaviours and competencies and facilitate growth and development

• Understand and articulate levels of responsibility, authority, and accountability

• Build honest, open relationships based on trust and mutual respect

• Leading change though teamwork and engagement

• Create a personal development plan to grow as a leader

 

Course dates  

  • 1 to 3 July (3 days) -  Indigo    
  •  2 to 4 November (3 days) - Indigo & V7
