The Digital Exclusion Risk Atlas (DERA) is now live. This new NHS geospatial analytical tool help systems, regions and local teams identify areas where digital exclusion may be affecting access to care. Digital exclusion is shaped by multiple overlapping factors that influence people’s ability to access, afford and use digital services. DERA brings these indicators together into a single risk index, helping highlight areas where the risk of digital exclusion may be higher. The tool supports ICSs, providers and partners to prioritise resources, target support and design more inclusive digital services, helping reduce health inequalities.
