Walk this winter – find our routes for wellbeing walks across our Trust sites
As winter settles in and the Christmas countdown begins, it’s more important than ever to take moments that support our wellbeing—and a simple winter walk can work wonders.
Stepping outside, even for a short stroll, can boost energy, lift your mood, and give your mind a breather from the busy workday (and the festive to-do list!).
Think of it as a small gift to yourself: fresh air, and a chance to reset. Walking is simple, free and one of the easiest ways to get more active, lose weight and become healthier.
To help you stay well throughout the season, we’ve put highlighted walking routes across our Trust sites for staff—perfect for a lunchtime wander, a wellbeing break, or a mindful escape wrapped in a cosy scarf.
Take a step towards feeling a little more festive and a lot more refreshed!
Take a snap on your walk this week and send it to our communications
