United Utilities will be providing 1:1 drop in sessions to support those who are struggling with their water bills, and to also extend extra help to those who need it most through the registration of the priority services scheme.
Do you require support with your water bills, or have a query you would like to discuss? The Life Rooms will offer a safe space for customers to talk confidentially with a representative from United Utilities, where you can receive advice on water efficiency and how to reduce water usage to keep bills lower.
We believe we can all benefit from a bit of extra help at some stage in our lives. This could be due to multiple reasons such as age, disability, mental health, financial worries, language barriers or an event such as the birth of a child or divorce. United Utilities will be able to identify if you are eligible for help with affordability social tariffs, help with arrears and short term support.
