During National Learning Disabilities Week, our new Specialist Community Forensic Team want to set out their stall. Based at our Hollins Park site, the team support adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism across Cheshire and Merseyside. The service will run seven days a week from 8 am to 8 pm, with out-of-hours call facilitation.

Across the Trust there are varied approaches to how we response to subject access requests. We are unifying this approach that will help us achieve our legal requirements under the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR).

In conversation events with Amanda Oates, Executive Director of Workforce and Ian Raven, Staff Side Chair have been arranged to provide all staff with a regular forum to ask any questions they may have in relation to RJLC.

From Monday 17 June 2024, emails received from outside Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust will include the MailTip pictured below at the top of the message.

Earlier this year, we ran a survey to understand your thoughts about internal communications in the Trust. Thanks to your feedback, we have been working hard to make improvements. The search functionality on YourSpace was raised by many of you and work has been undertaken to improve this.
