Agenda For Change 2024 pay award update (bank assignments)

The Government recently announced a 5.5% consolidated pay increase for all staff on Agenda for Change. Our payroll services provider has now communicated the date of payment for the AFC 2024 pay award for Bank assignments and will be in tax week 28 - pay date 18 October 2024.

AGM 2024

There was a healthy attendance at this week’s AGM held at Aintree Racecourse, where those who attended were given reports about Mersey Care’s performance in the last year and the Trust priorities in the near future. They also had a chance to look around the marketplace beforehand, where services had stalls explaining what they do and providing further information.

Liverpool Cathedral Abseil raises £3,525 to support services

We’re delighted to share with you that our charity abseils raised an incredible £3,525 for our Mersey Cares! Mersey Care staff, volunteers and carers took part in the event bravely abseiling 150ft down the iconic Liverpool Cathedral. We’d like to thank everyone who took part and raised such an impressive amount - and to all who sponsored them.
