A fresh perspective on flu

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside has developed a podcast and a series of short videos to encourage flu vaccine uptake among frontline health and social care staff.

The podcast features an informal discussion with Dr Fiona Lemmens, Associate Medical Director, and David Melia, Group Chief Nursing Officer, facilitated by Stuart Jackson (ICE Creates). Together, they explore key themes that may help us see flu, the vaccine, and our attitudes towards vaccination in a new light.

The podcast and shorts reflect on why getting vaccinated matters, and some of the things that may be holding people back from getting their flu vaccine.
