Well done to Abdi Ahmed, SEC - Nurse and Quality Management, who has won Employee of the Month for March. Congratulations to Employment Support Service - Talking Therapies who have won Team of the Month for March.

This training has been designed to help provide attendees with the opportunity to learn about what is involved in considering and applying reasonable adjustments in the workplace for colleagues who have a disability or long term condition.

Our inpatient MaST showcase was attended by 46 people covering a wide range of professions from Mersey Care, Cheshire Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Cheshire and Merseyside Mental Health Programme, Cheshire and Merseyside MHLDA Provider Collaborative and Liverpool University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

In 2023 we commissioned Developing Success to deliver two foundation coaching programmes. The participants have worked really hard over the last few months to gain their accreditation and on Monday 29 April we celebrated their achievements. All our new coaches have now joined the Mersey Care Coaching Network which is a thriving community of 64 coaches.

The Life Rooms were awarded at the national Positive Practice in Mental Health Awards, winning in the Innovation in Community Mental Health.
