The information the Trust holds in ESR is not just an administrative detail; it’s the foundation for effective workforce management and equitable resource allocation. 

Below is a list of personal information changes that you can directly update in ESR via Employee Self Service:

  • Address (please check formatting of address information is correct)
  • Contact details
  • Emergency contact details
  • Equality and Diversity information
  • Marital status (requires manager approval via Supervisor self-service)
  • Bank account details
  • Health and Wellbeing information (e.g. working carer or armed forces veteran).

Guidance can be found on the ESR YourSpace page (see Employee Self Service Starter Pack). Any name changes should continue to be processed via the workforce portal and not ESR.
