Our teams are supporting preparation for our go-live with Learning from Patient Safety Events (LFPSE) reporting to NHS England, direct from our Radar incident and risk management system, from 30 May 2024.

The booking system for meeting rooms at V7, Indigo and Hollins Park require staff to make sure they have checked in to their meeting room within 15 minutes of the start of the booking. If this is not completed the room will be released for other staff to book.

The Trust currently has two separate instances of the Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (EPMA) and Pharmacy Stock Control (PSC) system. As part of the wider Trust systems harmonisation project, the medicines management digital team is working hard to merge the systems into a new and upgraded single instance of EPMA and PSC. 

There are a couple of changes which current users will have been notified of. These changes are now live
