Rio forms update: Current View

Staff in children and young people's mental health services are asked to note that the Current View assessment is now linked within the CYP IAPT\Presenting Difficulties folder on Rio, accessible via the Case Record Menu. This change aims to simplify finding the form in our clinical system.
