How to book, drop-ins, group bookings and prizes!
Our annual staff flu clinics opened on 1 October, offering all employees an easy and effective way to protect themselves from seasonal flu. Here’s your essential guide to this year’s programme, including clinic schedules, booking options, group arrangements, and how to enter the prize draw.
Clinic times at a glance
Dedicated flu clinics will be running across multiple locations. Staff can find a regularly updated list of dates, times, and venues here. Each week we also publish an ‘at a glance’ round up of the following week’s clinics – look out for it in Friday’s newsletter.
Ways to get your vaccination
Book a slot that suits you
- Visit the online booking portal
- Select your preferred date, time, and location from the available options
- Complete the booking form (you’ll need your NHS number!)
- Confirmation will be sent to your email once your booking is made.
Remember! If you can no longer make the appointment, please cancel and re-book.
Drop-in and roaming vaccinations
Our vaccination centre at Maghull Health Park is available for drop-ins throughout the week, from 8.30am to 4.30pm – where you’ll also be offered a hot drink and biscuits along with your 'I got my #FluJab' sticker!
Vaccinators will also be travelling around vaccinating patients, and are able to vaccinate staff too while on site – speak to your ward manager for details.
Group bookings made easy
Teams of six or more staff can take advantage of our group booking service! Complete this form to submit a group booking request, or call 0151 473 2812.
Win big! Enter the prize draw
All staff who receive their flu vaccination before 1 December will be automatically entered into a prize draw with a top prize of £600 Love to shop vouchers. Winners will be announced on 8 December – make sure your name is in the hat by getting vaccinated!
How to record your vaccination off site
If you get your flu vaccine elsewhere (for example, at your GP or a pharmacy), no problem. Simply complete our short form, and you will also be entered into the prize draw.

If you have any worries or concerns about getting vaccinated this year, our team are here to help. They can put your mind at ease, answer any questions you might have and help you feel comfortable if you’re nervous about needles. Please contact vaccinations
