The window for the annual performance and development review (PDR) process is underway for former North West Boroughs staff. PDRs are a great opportunity to have a valuable conversation about your progress over the last 12 months, reflect on your achievements and identify any support you may need to maximise your potential.

PDR conversations should take place between 1 June and 30 September, allowing plenty of time for a quality conversation. This window should also be used to facilitate ‘Wellbeing Conversations’ although they don’t necessarily need to take place at the same time as the PDR conversation. More information about ‘Wellbeing Conversations’ can found here.

You can also book onto one of our virtual PDR training sessions aimed at both reviewers and reviewees, they will take you through the process and help you to get the most out of this meaningful conversation, whilst also giving you an insight into the purpose of engaging in a Wellbeing Conversation. Dates for this training can be found below and bookings can be made by emailing:

  • 14 July 12.30 – 3pm
  • 28 July – 1 – 3.30pm
  • 10 August – 10am – 12.30pm
