PACE Lite for 2021 is now open for all staff who were part of Mersey Care prior to 1 June. If you transferred from North West Boroughs on 1 June find out more about your performance and development review (PDR) on YourSpace.
The window for this year starts from 1 July and closes on 31 December 2021 and the Trust target for completion is 90 percent.
Let's break the target this year together.
You will need to activate your profile same way as previous years by first hovering your mouse over the profile until you see ‘Edit PACE Profile’ update all the information and click save- click save even if you haven’t made any changes. This is will enable the ‘Start your PACE Lite’ tile and turn it blue from grey.
The PACE Lite process is the same as last year, there is no PACE Preparation questions. All questions within PACE Lite is to take place as a joint review.
Recent colleagues to Mersey Care will be contacted with PACE Lite Reviewee sessions, these will be available for booking via the prospectus. Colleagues in Mid Mersey division will continue with the current PDR paperwork process and move onto PACE next year.
Please see below cascade for this year’s PACE. If you have completed your PACE in April 21, May 21 or June 21, this will be counted towards this year’s compliance figures.
