Former North West Boroughs staff can make nominations for Employee of the Month and Team of the Month by accessing the YourRecognition system.
Your Recognition is all about recognising and rewarding your good work, commitment to caring, and successes that make a difference to the lives of service users, patients, carers and families as well as our staff and teams.
To nominate one of your colleagues visit the YourRecognition page, scroll to the bottom and click on “Visit YourRecognition” you’ll then be redirected to the Sharepoint site where you can make your nomianations. This is also where you will be able to send a 'Thank You' to any of your colleagues as a way of recognising their positive actions
The Thank You’s you receive will appear in your PACE appraisal. If you have any questions you can email the Organisational Effectiveness Team.
